How will I help?
You will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day all digital personalisation and contextual targeting activities across touch points within your squad (Digital Adoption and Retention).
You will also be responsible for:
- The high level of commercial acumen and experience
- Strong proficiency in business case modelling and financial benefit modelling
- Measure, track and generate user insights to inform customer experiences and maximise conversion output
- Proven track record of delivering and exceeding customer and business KPIs
- Defining, driving and refining programs that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
- Identify journey opportunities to improve conversion rates towards full customer onboarding
- Define and deliver testing and targeting activities as part of a continuous improvement program of work
- Define and prioritise initiatives balancing desirability, viability and feasibility
- Contribute to 90-day plans to integrate initiatives into grooming and sprint ceremonies
- Shaping personalised experiences across digital channel through to non-digital channels
- Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experimentation including building campaigns
- Enrich onsite to offsite connected journeys leveraging audience and targeting platforms
- Owning delivery across personalisation as well as adoption of new targeting capability
- Contributing to the development of our group-wide standards, methodologies, capability and toolset
- Ensuring all data collection principles are aligned and consumer records are kept up to date to best serve the customers needs

What do I need?
- Experience in CRM/Customer Analytics/Digital Personalisation related roles in a large corporate environment – preferably ecommerce/digital/telco/financial industry
- Previously a team leader, or practice leader or product owner (preferred but not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business, business related discipline (referred but not essential)
- Sydney based; hybrid work mode office based and remote
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and mobile responsive designs is preferred but not essential
- Strong oral and written communication skills, to prepare and deliver presentations to senior audiences
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, with the ability to navigate change
